What I Believe:
All personal experience is adjustable.
The Law of Attraction brings us the experiences we are mentally creating.
There is no such thing as failure, only feedback.
We live in an interconnected constellation of experience.
What is experienced as good or bad comes from the meaning we place on it. Reality is not good or bad, it just is.
Not all of your experiences belong to you. Our work involves accessing your true self.
We have creative control over present reality.
What Brought Me to this Work:
I started my journey as a healer with my own personal work through crippling experiences of major depression and anxiety. On the outside my life appeared relatively normal and content, yet on the inside a tornado was violently tearing apart the structure of my identity. At a very young age I had formed a belief structure that did not allow for me to experience a joyful existence.
Thanks to my many guides along the way, I was able to gain the insight that it is possible for life to be different without having to change any of the external forces that get in the way of your ability to feel peace or joy. In life, you cannot always predict the outcome of your decisions, but you can use them as tools to create a better life. After all, "there is no such thing as failure, only feedback" (NLP Principle). I have dedicated my work to uncovering how to help people gather the wisdom from their experiences and use this as their foundation for a future created with intention. NLP offers a way to get to the root of core beliefs and identity structures that prevent you from living the life that you want and open new pathways to success.
I began my education at Boston University where I studied clinical psychology, neuropsychology and philosophical inquiry into the human condition. I then embarked on a 3 year journey through the Contemplative Psychotherapy Masters program at Naropa University where I learned how to cultivate compassion and trust in the inherent wisdom of all human beings. Through these experiences along with numerous explorations into the various branches of therapeutic intervention, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Yoga, Integrative Nutrition, and self-empowerment studies, I have come to balance scientific knowledge with alternative philosophical and spiritual viewpoints. Today my work is is rooted in the NLP toolbox adopted from the NLP Marin School in San Rafael, CA and Boulder, CO. My clients have come to value and respect our relationship for my curiosity and genuine desire to support them in creating what they want.
To facilitate the journey of self-discovery, connection, growth, and healing so that all people can live in joy.
